Development Manager

Harvest Christian School is currently seeking to hire a Development Manager.

We are looking for an individual to spearhead fundraising, donor relations, marketing, and strategic growth initiatives at Harvest Christian School. This full-time, on-campus role manages annual, capital, and planned giving campaigns; cultivates and stewards relationships with donors, churches, alumni, and business partners; oversees grant writing, donor CRM, and stewardship communications; and produces regular development reports. This position will lead feasibility work for potential site expansion, collaborate with leadership on budgeting and growth strategy, and represent the school at community and church events to advance Harvest’s mission of faith-based, high-quality education.
